What is Heartland Real Estate’s Coaching Program?
The Heartland Coaching Program is dedicated to the success of new agents. When you join Heartland as a new agent, or have had less than 5 transactions within the last 12 months, you are automatically placed in this program. The Coaching Program is spearheaded by JR Crego and Emily Hamil. They have worked hard to design a program that creates accountability, inclusion, education, and growth to the agents involved.
